Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website autoluxury.ca (the “Site”), operated by AutoLuxury, the trading name of KIT MAISON INC. (Home Set Inc.), an independent private auto broker registered in Québec, Canada — NEQ 1169198927, 2162 Rue des Iris, Longueuil, QC J4N 1P6 (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our service

AutoLuxury is an independent broker: we help you source, negotiate, finance/lease, import/export and take delivery of vehicles from Canada and the USA. We are not a dealership and do not sell vehicles directly through the Site. Vehicle listings, prices, availability and estimates shown on the Site are for information only, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement arises only from a separate written contract.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

provide false, misleading or someone else’s personal information;
use the Site to send spam, or to harvest, scrape or copy content or data in bulk;
attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Site;
infringe our or a third party’s rights, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Contact forms and collection of your details

When you submit a contact or lead form, request a callback, or use the calculator, you provide personal details (name, email, phone and your request). By submitting, you:

confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it;
consent to be contacted by us — by phone, email, SMS or messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber) — in response to your request and about our related services;
understand you can withdraw marketing consent at any time (unsubscribe link, or by writing to us) and manage tracking via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Submitting a form is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side until a separate agreement is signed.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, logos, graphics and trademarks — belong to AutoLuxury or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or services (e.g. financing partners, messaging apps, analytics). We are not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies; your use of them is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that information (including pricing and estimates) is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoLuxury is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (including the Québec Consumer Protection Act) that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, Québec have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights of your place of residence. The Site is available in several languages; in case of discrepancy, the English or French version prevails.
